BRK Commander XR Magnum Synthetic HiLite

 This Commander XR air rifle is a variant of the XR series by BRK (formerly known as Brocock). It’s equipped with a fixed AR-style stock with adjustable length of pull, Weaver/Picatinny rails on top and beneath, a 480 cc carbon air cylinder, and is powered by the XR system.

The XR system is equipped with a high-quality Huma-Air regulator that regulates shots, which increases precision by removing fluctuations of projectile speeds, and a more constant projectile speed over the whole pressure range. The restriction of the airflow can be adjusted with the adjustment wheel on the right side of the action, to control the overall power output.

An included self-indexing, rotating magazine can be filled up with pellets easily, because of its flip-open loading gate. These pellets are then loaded into the breech with a smoothly and intuitively operable side lever. Alternatively, shot-for-shot loading of pellets can be done by implementing the supplied single shot tray.

Other features of the XR system are its two-stage adjustable trigger and the safety catch that is placed in front of it, which enables it to be operated with the trigger finger. Reducing the muzzle noise can be done by attaching a moderator to the (external) ½ UNF thread on the muzzle.

Besides the XR system, the BRK Commander XR Magnum Synthetic HiLite airgun comes equipped with:
• 480 cc air cylinder made of light-weight carbon
• Two pressures gauges; one for the regulator and one for the air cylinder
• Fixed AR-style stock, with adjustable length of pull
• Weaver/Picatinny mounting rail for attachment of sights
• Weaver/Picatinny accessory rail beneath the forend, for attachment of e.g. bipod
• Shrouded barrel with that moderates sound output
• Removable muzzle brake
