Détails

This Element Optics RF ballistic rangefinder module functions best when paired with a rifle scope. That’s because it doesn’t have a viewfinder, which means the module itself cannot be used to observe. Instead, it comes supplied with a mounting ring, which allows you to easily attach it to a Weaver/Picatinny accessory rail. The Element Optics RF rangefinder module has a tube diameter of 30 mm and you can use it with whichever mounting ring you want. But the mounting ring that comes with it is slightly different than your average mounting ring. That’s because it has a gimble-clamp, which allows you to easily change the angle of the module. Something that will come in handy while lining up the rangefinder module with your rifle scope. It also has a visible laser that allows you to see what you’re aiming at and it even has an elevation turret and a windage turret.

The RF ballistic rangefinder module by Element Optics has a range of 1000 metres, so you can use it for long range measuring. You can easily connect it to the Element Ballistics app through Bluetooth. After setting the right ballistic profile through the app, you can put your smartphone away. The rangefinder module has a ballistic chip, which handles the calculations on its own. It can even connect to the HYPR-7 rifle scope. The module and the HYPR-7 rifle scope by Element Optics can then communicate with one another. This means that both devices will use all available data to provide the perfect firing solution.

This Element Optics RF rangefinder module has a durable, weather-resistant housing. The rangefinder itself is powered by the integrated CR-2 battery, which can be charged with a USB-C cable. The USB-C charging port on the rangefinder can also be used to connect a trigger switch. This rangefinder module will probably be mounted somewhere out of the way on your rifle, like the Weaver/Picatinny rail on the fore-end of your rifle, which can make it incredibly inconvenient to activate. You can place the trigger switch close to one of your hands for easy access to the rangefinder module.
