The blade is made from CPM S35VN steel that combines a good corrosion resistance with a great toughness and excellent hardness of HRC 60-62. With this, the blade of the Zero Tolerance 0450CF is very hardwearing, making it hold its edge for a long time. A stonewash finish not only gives a matt appearance, it also hides small scratches and finger marks. Jimping on the spine gives a secure place to apply pressure with your thumb.

You can open the blade with one hand, using a flipper. The SpeedSafe assisten opening system that keeps the blade closed with a small amount of spring tension, also assists in the initial stage of opening with that same spring preload, giving small push. With that, the blade swings open smoothly and will click into the liner lock in one positive movement.

The comfortably contoured handle of the Zero Tolerance 0770CF is made of extremely light and strong-as-steel carbon fibre, making for a really nice balance of this pocket knife.
