Feinwerkbau P85 Walnut

The Feinwerkbau P85 Walnut is a 5-shot PCP air pistol that delivers exceptional accuracy and is equipped with top-tier technology. It features an extremely reliable repeating system and a short shot development time. This air pistol can also be used as a single-shot pistol thanks to the single-shot magazine, which also functions as a training magazine for dry-fire practice. The grip, sights and accessories are interchangeable with those of the Feinwerkbau P8X.

Grip

The grip is highly adjustable without needing to be removed from the pistol. The adjustment system uses set screws that can be tightened from the outside. With very fine, stepless adjustments, it can be perfectly customised to each shooter’s preferences. The hand rest at the bottom of the grip can be adjusted in height to accommodate different hand sizes.

Trigger

The trigger of the Feinwerkbau P85 is extensively adjustable. The trigger blade can be positioned for any finger length via a rail system and can be rotated 15° to the left or right. The height of the trigger blade is also adjustable (4 mm). A direct trigger can be configured, but due to the interrupter (common in semi-automatic pistols), this may lead to malfunctions.

Sights

Using two adjustment knobs, the rear sight can be adjusted in height and windage. The sight radius can be changed in two ways: firstly, by moving the rear sight rearward, and secondly, by sliding the front sight longitudinally. To keep the sight alignment horizontal even when the weapon is tilted, both the rear and front sights can be continuously tilted laterally by approximately 15°.

Compressed air reservoir

The compressed air cylinder can be filled up to 200 bar using dehumidified compressed air. It can be removed, even if it’s not completely empty, and thus quickly be exchanged with optional spare cylinders. A pressure gauge on the head of the air cylinder clearly displays the current pressure. A full 200 bar fill allows for up to 140 shots.

Strategically placed compensation ports on the barrel help reduce muzzle flip. The Feinwerkbau P85 also includes removable and adjustable weights (15 grams each) that can be mounted on the barrel shroud. These weights enhance stability during shooting, resulting in improved accuracy.
