Bergara BA13 Take-Down Green Thumbhole

The Bergara BA13 Take-Down is a single shot break barrel rifle that comes with a green thumbhole stock and forend, and a black barrel and action. This sleek and simple rifle is low-weight and handy, which makes it suited for stalking. It can be disassembled quickly without the use of tools, which makes it easy to stow away and transport.

The thumbhole stock is made of strong and durable glass-reinforced polymer, and features a soft CrushZone butt pad to make shouldering more comfortable and reduce the shock of recoil. In addition to this, all control elements can be used ambidextrously, so that the rifle is suited for left and right-handed shooters. Breaking the rifle is brought in motion with the lever on the bottom of the trigger guard, after which a round can be loaded or removed manually. Before a shot can be taken, the hammer needs to be cocked manually.

Even with its favourable price, the Bergara BA13 Take-Down rifle is very accurate, which is due to the high-quality Bergara barrel of 4140CrMo steel. This fluted barrel comes with a 5/8-4 UNEF muzzle thread for attachment of a moderator or muzzle brake, and has been fitted with a Weaver/Picatinny rail for montage of a sight or scope.
