Butt plate MEC Free Position II

The Free Position butt plate is the logical development of the Contact for the three positions small bore discipline. Its elements can be separately adjusted, adjustments which can take place while you are in the right position. Quality is a question of detail. For this reason, the pimples on our buttplates are cast from natural latex. This is the only material which can afford a consistent friction in contact with the shooting jacket. This is an improved version of the MEC Free Position and is has an improved centre block.
