Mount Schmeisser SM30 30 mm Medium Weaver/Picatinny

This Schmeisser SM30 30 mm Medium Weaver/Picatinny one-piece mount is the cantilever type. That means the mount is slightly hanging over from its base mount. It will give you more room for getting the eye relief to a rifle scope perfect.

The Schmeisser SM30 30 mm Medium Weaver/Picatinny mount can be clamped on a Weaver/Picatinny rail by using the quick-detach (QD) mounting system, consisting of two QD-levers. It is precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminium (hard, corrosion resistant, low thermal expansion coefficient) with a matte black MIL-A8625F-Type III hard anodising.

Both rings of the Schmeisser SM30 30 mm Medium Weaver/Picatinny mount are quite wide to provide a large clamping area. This reduces the risk of overtightening that could deform the tube of the rifle scope. The mounting rings each have six clamping bolts that are numbered to tighten them in the correct order. This also helps preventing the tube from distorting.

Threaded holes on top and on both sides of the mounting rings are there to let you mount the included short Weaver/Picatinny accessory rail with two torx bolts.
