Element Optics Helix HDLR 2-16x50 APR-1C Rifle Scope

The Helix HDLR 2-16x50 rifle scope with APR-1C reticle is, together with the Helix HD, a new addition to the Helix family of Element Optics, but has similarities to the Titan regarding optical performance. This Helix scope has the same quality, chemical composition and amount of lenses as the Titan, which ensures crisp displays over the entire 2-16x magnification range.

The Helix HDLR (High Definition Long Range) and the Helix HD (High Definition) rifle scopes are the same in many aspects, which are as follows:
• Compact and lightweight
• Illuminated reticle
• Reticle in the second focal plane (stays the same size regardless of magnification)
• 50 mm objective for optimal light transmission to the eye
• 30 mm tube diameter for a large reticle adjustment range
• Parallax can be adjusted from 10 m to infinity
• A maximum of 100 MOA or 29 Mrad of elevation adjustment range

Element Optics fitted the Helix HDLR with the following features:
• An APR-1C reticle that is available with MOA or Mrad subtensions, calibrated to the maximum 16x magnification 
• The greater part of the reticle is illuminated evenly and is projected clearly without any light leaks 
• The elevation turret is exposed and features a zero-stop

For comparison, the Helix HD has the following specifications:
• RAPTR-1 reticle (BDC) with an illuminated centre dot, subtensions are calibrated to the 8x magnification 
• Low (resettable) turrets with turret caps to protect from the weather
