Airgun Slugs Nielsen .45 HPFB 290 grain (.457)

This Nielsen .45 290 grain airgun slug with hollow point and flat base is highly recommended for .45 Airforce Texan PCP air rifles and is tested in Airforce Texan with very good results. For use in the Texan SS, the 240 grain is recommended as a better match for its power.

The swaging manufacturing process of this Nielsen .45 290 grain airgun slug allows the use of softer lead that will grip better in the twist of your air rifle, making a more air tight fit and at impact expands more quickly. Swaging also offers more consistency in slugs, both in weight and form. The Nielsen Specialty Ammo (NSA) slugs are perfectly round and the weight is spread evenly around the lateral center line.
