Ballistic Turret Vector Optics Continental Hunting

This Vector Optics Continental Hunting ballistic turret is specifically designed for use on the Vector Optics Continental Hunting rifle scope. It enables you to adjust the elevation turret by eye, using visual markers, without having to count clicks. For this, it has a base with zero mark and scale markings and four numbered rings (2 to 5) with an arrow mark.

Mounting the Vector Optics Continental Hunting ballistic turret is easy. Work out what the 100 metres zero mark is, and put the elevation turret in that position. Then you can remove the turret and drop the base of the ballistic turret in place. Of course, with its zero point on the indication.

By means of a ballistic app (or empirical) you can calculate how many clicks the turret needs to be rotated for 200 metres, 300 metres, 400 metres and 500 metres, after which the corresponding rings can be placed. After that, it’s just a matter of securing the Vector Optics Continental Hunting ballistic turret and you’re done.
