HikMicro Neos NH25L Thermal Imaging Rifle Scope

This Neos NH25L thermal imaging rifle scope by HikMicro is equipped with a sensitive sensor. With an affordable price, this makes the NH25L a very budget-friendly option for acquiring a thermal imaging rifle scope.

With an NETD value of <18mK, this scope is capable of detecting minimal differences in temperature. This aids with distinguishing targets in weather conditions with poor visibility, which partially obscures the contrast between targets and their environment. A sensor with a resolution of 320x240 picks up the targets, after which they are displayed at 50 Hz. This makes moving targets easy to follow, thanks to a smooth image. These images are then displayed on a 0.49” AMOLED screen.

Thanks to the sensitive sensors, targets can be detected at long ranges. The HikMicro Neos NH25L thermal imaging rifle scope can detect these at a range of over one kilometre away. Utilising digital magnification, the image can be magnified between 3.5x and 24.5x. The focus of the rifle scope can be adjusted using the focus ring, after which the display itself can be focused using the dioptre.

In order to take advantage of these long detection distances and high zoom levels, the scope is equipped with a laser rangefinder. In ideal conditions, this laser rangefinder can measure ranges up to 1000 metres. A built-in ballistic calculator allows for the calculation of a point of aim, compensating for the range. The scope will display this point of aim on the crosshair, allowing for quick and precise shots at long ranges.

The rifle scope also offers the ability to record video. These videos are then stored on the internal memory, after which they can be transferred to other devices. Recording can also be activated by recoil. The scope will save a video which starts right before the shot and ends soon after the shot is fired, recording the shot and impact.
