The Arken EP-8 1-8x28 BDC KLBOX is a high-performance LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic) designed for fast, precise target acquisition at varying distances. With an impressive field of view of 40.4 metres at 91.44 metres on 1x magnification, and 6.91 metres at the same distance on 8x, it delivers excellent situational awareness and zoom versatility.

The BDC (Bullet Drop Compensator) functionality helps compensate for bullet drop over distance, while the KLBOX reticle enhances this further. KLBOX stands for Known Length Box, a system of visual frames that match the target’s size at different yardages, allowing you to quickly estimate range and adjust your aim accordingly. This makes switching between targets at different distances fast and intuitive.

The illuminated red dot at the centre of the reticle improves visibility in low light, and because the reticle is in the first focal plane, its subtensions remain accurate across the entire magnification range. At low magnification, it remains minimal and unobtrusive; at high magnification, it becomes larger and easier to read.

The elevation and windage turrets offer tactile and precise adjustments, with a total range of 110 MOA and ¼ MOA clicks. The 28 mm objective lens provides good light transmission, while the durable 34 mm tube ensures strength and rigidity. Measuring 262 mm in length and weighing just 585 grams, this scope offers durability without adding excessive bulk to your rifle.
